Jeannie and Michael, a husband-and-wife team, bring over eight years of combined expertise in distributed systems and machine learning, with backgrounds at top tech companies.

As AdWeave’s CEO, Jeannie leverages deep industry knowledge in her role as a Staff Technical Program Manager at Netflix, where she enhances user discovery experiences using GenAI and advanced recommendation systems. She’s also pursuing an Executive MBA at Wharton, gaining strategic insights and a powerful network to fuel AdWeave’s growth. Previously, Jeannie led engineering for high-revenue events like Prime Day and holds a patent in ML experimentation pipelines in the cloud.

Michael, AdWeave’s CTO, is a Senior Software Engineer at Meta specializing in ML optimization and state-of-the-art ad targeting technology. With extensive expertise in targeting algorithms, he previously contributed to foundational infrastructure for Google Maps’ Offline Experience and Google Cloud.

Together, they are thrilled to launch AdWeave, combining their experience to drive innovation in GenAI and advanced ML applications.
